BLUESEA Costa Serena

We stayed at the Hotel royal costa for 5 nights. Some days our room was no cleaned. The service from the hotel staff was fine if you speak Spanish however a major disappointment was the lack of activities, bars or restaurants surrounding the hotel. We had to walk at least 15 -20 minutes to get the main strip where the beach is and this is where the night life is just not ideal to walk back after night out of drinking. Personally I wouldn't stay there again based on that reason and the fact that there was no one else from a different ethnic background so we stood out like a sore thumb! The breakfast buffet was fine although the food became too repetitive. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep in but on the plus side there is AC.

Staff were really nice, rooms were cleaned nicely and I thought the free breakfast had a pretty good choice and was quite nice. Would stay here again

Overall was not bad but the beds were not really comfy thought one of them would collaps. I do not like dirty toilet brush but its maybe only me. No entertainments during our stay. The pool was great and luke warm which I like but only a small area could be used by my mother who cannot swim

Fair ok

I bought a non refundable ticket and due to covid, could not get into the country. I called to see if the hotel would make an exception on their policy and they refused.

Good hotel. Not in the best location. As ot much to do around that area. Closest area with loads to do is far.

Hotel was lovely. Pool was nice. Staff where good. Took a day to warm up to us I think. Food was okay. Some things where delicious some where 50/50. Hotel is so convenient for everything though. From getting off the plane to getting in my room 20mins via the train. Get the train c1 to Los almos (2 stops) The all inclusive was good. Nice red wine and top larger. Spirits where a bit flavourless. Overall 8/10

Excellent room ( quite warm /loud from patio area downstairs - but very clean and comfortable ). Food was excellent. A wide range of choices (including vegetarian /vegan options with soy milk at breakfast ). We will be back again ...in fact we’re coming back this Friday (to enjoy more lovely food !)
