Total lack of hygiene

Great location next to the beach and a short walk to Bali Icon. Perfect for a quiet place to stay.

Our bathroom smelt like sewerage. At one point we had to leave the balcony door open due to the smell. The air-conditioner leaked so there was always a puddle on the floor. The leak also made the roof mouldy. Bed was rock hard. The whole place needs a renovation. Didnt really look like the pictures.

The lush tropical grounds. The real Bali charm. So it was a bit rough around the edges but if they did too many renovations it wouldn't be so affordable! The position is just perfect. It is very quiet yet you walk out onto the busy, beautiful Sanur beach walk way with heaps of eating places and of course the luxurious Icon Mall almost next door. We loved it. My big thanks to the very lovely receptionists, I only know the name of Sudarsih, who were so kind after I had a medical incident and had to stay near the hospital. They kept finding us rooms even though they were really full. We were impressed that they use refillable glass water bottles rather than the plastic we found in many places. It really felt like a safe haven away from home. We will be back.

Needs some maintenance done on Rooms .as aircons where in need of maintenance & showers ,well 2 days out of 8 had cold shower .

Everything. Booking.com should not even promote this accomodation. I should get a full refund . It was discusting and we all left 1 day after arriving. Having to pay new accomodation elsewhere. If you check we left the accommodation on the 9th and went to three brothers Legian . So we lost money and had to pay money for new accommodation!!! Not happy

The location of this hotel couldn’t be better. On the beachfront. Next to the fixed price stores. Close to Icon Bali Mall. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Lovely deep cool pool with loungers

The breakfast could be a bit more exciting but is quite adequate
