The location

Property is dated. Needs renovation.

The location is everything. The staff are lovely in the hotel part of the complex. There was a problem with the air conditioner in my room and they were attentive in getting it fixed. The groundsman worked tirelessly keeping the gardens looking beautiful.

The breakfast had limited options and was the same every day. Some of the staff in the restaurant would ignore guests as they arrived. The smell of the drains was overpowering in the rooms at times. The beds are super hard and a thin mattress topper was added when asked, but it was still too hard.

Went to bed rolled the blankets back found what looked like a bit of dry blood the came and changed it straight away

Location

No hot water in bathroom, even after numerous requests to assist. Shower head clogged and restricted water flow, requires replacement Not enough power points

Great breakfast, lovely staff, proximity to the beach and clean rooms. Nice pool.

The rooms could do with an update but they are perfectly acceptable as they are at the moment.
