The staff cleaners gardener kitchen staff bar staff lovely people who cared front desk people didn’t care about the problems of getting to the room and back

I HAVE A WALKING DISABILITY I IHAD TO PUSH MY WALKER UP AND DOWN STEEP RAMPS TWO TO GET TO MY ROOM ANS STEPS AND HAD TO CLIMB INTO A BATH TUB TO HAVE A SHOWER VERY DANGEROUS FOR SOMEONE NOT STEADY ON HER FEET BUT NOT THE FIRST TIME I was at the hotel six months ago exactly the same rooms and place even noterfing them for a room for disability wheelchair but no one cared
