Truntum Kuta

We had a fantastic time at Truntum. The room was great, Breakfast was amazing and the dinners were. Just a shout out to Dina, Yoga and Intan, you guys were absolutely incredible, you are an asset to your workplace and one of the main reasons that myself and my partner will be coming back to stay at your hotel. Fantastic location on the beach.....no roads in front only path. Beautiful staff, fantastic facilities and comfortable rooms. 3 great pools, swimup bar and wonderful breakfast buffet/restaurant.

Me and my girlfriend travelled to tuntrum for our 6 month anniversary, The staff made us feel very welcome and i contacted them before hand prior to our arrival to organise a special decoration on our bed for when we got there , Edi took care of this for us and i’ve never seen my girlfriend so happy , he absolutely blown my expectations and we were both over the moon by his skills of decorating the room with roses and towels ect , Thanks so much edi we will definitely we coming back to tuntrum again

The Truntum, was an excellent place to stay, plenty of activities, pools and great food (including their own restaurant at night) would highly recommend if you are heading to Kuta for your stay in Bali. Staff are all super helpful and friendly. You are in the heart of Kuta close to everything like Waterbom Park, Poppies Lane 1 and 2 You could seriously just stay at the Truntum all day and not get bored. Highly recommend if anyone is looking for a quality place to stay on their next trip to Bali

Have stayed here multiple times and always warm and welcoming, Hotel was clean and every staff member from housekeeping, room service, food and beverage staff would always say good morning, hello, good afternoon they were amazing! I am still keeping my review 5 stars but there is some things that may need a look at but not in a negative way! We checked into room 2321 when we first arrived room was amazing however on the 3rd night around 12:30am I could hear dripping and noticed the aircon was leaking pretty bad, and the room went very warm and could not sleep at all, I went to reception just before 1am I believe and they moved us to 2419 right away which was nice however that morning while in the pool I noticed someone checked into that room so wasn't sure if the aircon got fixed. I have noticed that the other room 2419 the aircon was cold but not how it used to be, I remember walking around in Kuta being hot and sweaty and feeling the cold air i didnt really notice it this time. Also I noticed there was a few tiles missing from the pool and unfortunately cut my foot open but no biggie. And last, We had a cocktail on Friday 6th at the the Kepala pool and unfortunately It tasted very weak, It wasn't like how it used to be and for 145K for a Long Island and Pina Colada at 140K, Long island feel like there wasn't much alcohol in it and my partner said the Pina Colada tasted off, I did let the Lady working and she was very apologetic however didn't remake it or anything. Other than that, This hotel is amazing, Short walk to Kuta Square, Discovery Mall and Beach Walk shopping Mall, I have already rebooked in July I just changed to Grand Deluxe to hope the aircon is more colder. * I will put this in too, As an Aussie traveller please treat the staff nice! They are NOT your slaves! The amount of people who were rude to the staff was a shock and the poor staff still smiled and just delt with it! Also as a nice gesure tip them, Every single staff member I encounter got a minimum of 20K tip. and to them so happy made me so happy.

Very convenient location, beach front, you can watch sunset from sunset swimming pool, comfortable beds, very clean rooms , beautiful activities .

My husband and I have just returned home following a wonderful trip to Bali. We normally stay in Seminyak but this time decided to try somewhere different. We are so glad we did because our experience at the Truntum was fantastic, the staff were friendly and so helpful in all aspects. The breakfast each day was amazing, the selections are endless! The room (grand deluxe pool side) was clean and cosy. We had a wonderful room attendant Gede Permana who went above and beyond for us, always making sure we had everything we needed and more. He definitely made our stay! We’d definitely stay at the Truntum again!

It’s our last night staying at the Truntum, and we’ve had an amazing time. We stayed in the Grand Deluxe Pool Side room. The location was great, multiple pools to choose from and yummy breakfast selections. All staff were very accomodating, but a big mention to the wonderful Gede Permana. Gede provided exceptional customer service, he was friendly, extremely polite and went above and beyond to make sure we had had everything we needed. Please recoginse Gede for his hard work and dedication!

We stayed for two weeks at Truntum Kuta. We had a great time, all of the staff were friendly and always greeting us with smiles and offering to help. It was our first time in bali and we had a great time, lots of places to eat and easy to get around from the location, facilities like the pool and spa were amazing. Staff were very helpful as we had to make an unexpected trip to the hospital and they were very accommodating especially Nina, will come again, thanks from New Zealand.
