The Staff was very friendly! Breakfast was really good with delicious options. My only suggestion would be to offer more sports channels on the tv’s in the lobby and rooms. Especially considering many guests stay at AmericInn before and after Green Bay Packer games. It would be great for guests to be able to watch NFL or MLB games!

All was very good except internet which needs a significant upgrade. Reminds me of hotels back in the days of dial up. Hard to connect, stay connected and extremely slow. BUT, other than the internet, great property and staff all around.

The staff was excellent. When we first arrived, our original room had a very musty smell to it. When we asked to he moved, the gentleman at the accommodated our request without hesitating and made sure we were happy. The new room was excellent, clean and comfortable.

"Lots of potential… needs overhaul."

We were looking for a cheaper option in town and chose this one (more than other options) because of the pool and hot tub. Imagine our surprise when the hot tub was filled in with concrete and the pool was nasty. A kid found a piece of gum while we were swimming. Other people mention a bad neighborhood, but it’s Sheboygan… we’re not in Milwaukee or Chicago. It was in a nice area. The hotel has a lot of potential but is dirty and in rough condition. Our room looked like a construction project. Needs an overhaul and could be great!

"Nice place to stay, l will come back here anytime"

Very clean place , check out very easy, stay here for a vacation trip me and my husband, very recommend, they only think is close to the high way, noisy early in the morning, but everything is close to this hotel
