We rented the King spa fireplace suite for our anniversary and because we didn’t immediately use the hot tub and realized that it was absolutely unusable insane and not working properly until we’ve been there for a few hours we were only offered $20 of our total purchase to be refunded because we stayed for hours before we reported that Which is absolutely crazy. I even had videos and pictures proof of how it was not working properly and the jet was blowing hair and dead skin and come out of them. I would never stay at American Inn in Sheboygan again.

The pictures were outdated. Pictures showed a hot tub by the pool but it was filled in. I picked this hotel because it was the closest with a hot tub so I was pretty disappointed when I got to the pool. Room was clean and nice but road outside the room was pretty noisy first thing in the morning with Walmart traffic.
