Quality Inn Wickenburg

Poor water pressure. Drain in sink clogged. Bed was very uncomfortable as well as the limp pillows. Dirty carpet. No sound barr4in the sliding glass door. Heard all the traffice, as if it was in the room. We will never stay here again

The breakfast area was not clean or stocked. The coffee that I was promised to be Hot and Fresh 24 hours a day, was Cold, when I asked about it the staff told me that some people enjoy Iced Coffee. The continental breakfast was not available for me during my week long stay. For the room quality, no way should have cost as much as it did. Thieves. Didnt even offer a discount for not being able to partake in their breakfast items. Never again will I stay at a Quality Inn Very disappointing.

Would not stay again. The place is run down and looks like little is done to keep it in good condition. The towels were thin, small, stained and dingy. The breakfast was sparse, no protein or yogurt and little chose of breads or rolls. The positive was the waffle machines. The curtain bottom was dirty. The chairs were dirty with torn fabric. This was the worst hotel and the most expensive of our month long trip.

The furnishings are a bit dated. The chair in the room as well as the pillow cases seemed extremely worn. However we were only looking for a place to sleep for the night. This was the lowest price for our range and it served the purpose. The bed was comfortable and it did have a nice balcony. It served the purpose.

They were out of several supplies. Not as advertised.

No coffe cups and only one coffee although lots of sugar and creamer. No tissues either. But, the towels were soft and the bed was very comfortable. The check in person told me to call if we needed anything, but I was able to get coffee cups from their breakfast area which was open. Overall, very good and we would stay here again.

The room was ok very outdated. 1. The TV plug for cable kept coming loose so it was inconvient to have to get up each time you wanted to change the channel. 2. Bathroom sink had numerous cracks in it that were repaired with silicone. 3. Window also had cracks that had also been repaired with silicone. Overall it was ok but the property needs some TENDER LOVING CARE.

Walked into room. Reeked like smoke. Hair on sheets. Ashes on the dingy bedspread. Sheets were gray, no bleach. Turned around n left. No way my kuds were staying here. Seriously, looked and smelled like it was a 'charge by the hour' type of room. Got my refund with no problems. Super 8 in same town was excellent.

Nice hotel with comfortable smallish rooms. No elevator so second floor rooms needed to use stairs. No pool, hot tub or restaurant. The breakfast room had nice waffle irons. The hotel is slightly out of town and was quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
