"How are there NO EMPLOYEES??"

When we arrived there was no one to check us in. I had called earlier in the day to to let the hotel know that we would be a later arrival, after midnight. We arrived about 12:30am to find NO ONE anywhere to check us in. I contacted hotels.com and was informed that check in ended at midnight. That would have been nice to know when I called the property earlier in the day. I had to call around to find an available room at 1 am. I will not book this hotel ever again.

The so called "Hot Breakfast" was crap. Sorry, but if it doesn't have eggs and a meat, it's not a hot breakfast.

Overall nice room and great breakfast. Strong outdoor in hallways, i didn't ask but it appeared the night be remodeling rooms. But i would stay there again..

Staff very friendly and welcoming. However, this place is in serious need of renovation. Rips and stains in carpet. Large amounts of dust throughout the hotel. The area where the food is was absolutely disgusting, waffle mix running down the cabinets and the walls.
