"Safe, clean and comfortable place to stay when in Ann Arbor."

Bkft was typical-fresh, clean and accessible. Our bedroom was clean, big enough for brief stays and had plenty of storage areas. Each room had all the amenities needed. Room was in great condition-felt new. I really liked the bay window for seating and storing items. Heating/cooling system worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location and easy access to local restaurants.

There could be more table/seating available for the bkft area. There was NO hot food (except for the waffles)..bummer! But at least there were hard boiled eggs..

Breakfast was just ok. They did not refill things as quickly as I felt they should have. It was very basic.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Overall the rooms was clean, but nothing spectacular
