"Place was clean and quiet. Staff seemed friendly enough"

Didn't try the breakfast. Close to hospital,gas stations, restaurants, etc. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Wasn't impressed with the price gouging due to homecoming/ parents night or weekend. Charging over double for a room because of a football game seems a bit ridiculous.Ended up going to different hotel due to family member not being released from hospital during recovery from surgery. That added lots of unnecessary stress to our trip.

"Nice value but noisy"

I was surprised at the quality of breakfast. Everything was delicious! Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find housekeeping, changed our sheets and refilled our towels.

My only complaint was how noisy the hotel is. I could hear every door closed, every toilet, flush, and anytime someone was walking as the floors are linoleum
