"I’ve never had such a horrific stay in my life! It was just me and my husband in Louisville for 1 night for our 10 year"

It was the only place I could get into for my son’s youth wrestling tournament or I would’ve left as soon as I got to our room!! I didn’t like anything.

The fact that they overcharged me after booking through booking.com they charged me again for a room fee and tried to charge my card 3 times while I was in bed asleep! Door was sketchy, people were sketchy, they gave “grapey” vibes.

Breakfast was pretty much non existant, cereal or stale blueberry muffins.

Staff were there to earn their paycheck only. Not much for customer service. Having a plastic barrier between the customer and desk person is a real bad first impression.
