Muy tranquila, ideal para descansar

L'hacienda est magnifique et la piscine assez magique. Notre suite était grande mais assez rustique. Propreté tout juste correcte. Tv avec 4 chaînes donc sans intérêt mais on n'y allait évidemment pas pour cela mais pour se reposer dans un cadre somptueux. Et justement le problème est que nous n'avons pas pu nous reposer à cause de gros travaux à proximité et ke bruit incessant, jour et nuit, des alarmes des camions en train de manoeuvrer. Pas la faute de la hacienda certes mais aucune information ne nous avait été communiquée en amont sur ces travaux et aucun geste commercial n'a été fait. Au final le résultat est là : nous n'avons pas réellement profité de notre séjour.

Absolutely amazing experience at this hacienda. The setting in the jungle is truly unique. We had never been anywhere like it. The buildings are beautiful and have a lot of history. The room itself was lovely, really spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and smelled really nice. The staff is lovely and welcoming and we enjoyed our meals at the restaurant. The pool area is gorgeous. There's a lot of nature around and this place seems perfectly in harmony with it. A clear highlight of our trip.

La hacienda está hermosa, pero creo que las habitaciones les falta Mantenimiento están algo deterioradas y deben de tener cuidado con los insectos ya que en mi habitación habían 5 Ranas tuve que llamar para que las sacaran

Hacienda Uayamon: The pool and the buildings on the grounds!…they are a work of art such old and historic architecture! We came specifically to see and experience the pool at Hacienda Uayamon - we were not disappointed! The location!… unique in the peaceful and fascinating jungle a 15 min walk from a typical village of the Yucatán Peninsula. Many of the people speak Mayan here. The staff! From the concierge Jenny, to sweet and professional lady in her beautiful huipil at reception, to the restaurant and housekeeping staff- kind, welcoming, and helpful! We have stayed at all 5 Haciendas of the Bonvoy Luxury Collection, and we like to tell people that “Now we can die”. ☺️ Thank you Hacienda Uayamon!

absolutely beautiful in stunning grounds where the jungle threatens to take over the house. unique in every way. wonderful rooms in the original servants quarters with huge comfortable beds good wifi and marvellous bathrooms. The staff are all friendly and very kind. We both had massages in the spa and they were the best I’ve ever had

Though our room was very clean the communal lounges , and dining area was full of cobwebs and walls had lizard droppings. in some ways it’s very Indiana Jones meets Miss Haversham which is part of its charm

Excellent hotel and installations. Great for couples. If you plan to make some visits around the place, you will need your own transportation. It's far from everywhere.

Se empieza a notar descuido de la hacienda y descuido en los detalles. En el WC de la habitación encontramos un sapo, entendemos que estamos en medio de flora y fauna abundante y que es hasta cierto punto normal pero creo que antes de entregar la habitación deberían dar un pequeño recorrido por la habitación. Ya que no parecía algo reciente, aparte del sapo, había suciedad, quizá llevaba uno o dos días ahí. Adicionalmente, en él bungalow igual estaba sucio y había un avispero. Lo mismo, cerca de la habitación creo que deberían tener cuidado con eso es claro que en las áreas comunes podría haber y no habría más que tener cuidado, pero en las habitaciones donde se supone que es lugar seguro debería cuidarse ese detalle. Los teléfonos para llamar a recepción tampoco sirven, el contacto con el hotel vía teléfono tampoco me fue posible… en fin el lugar sigue siendo increíble pero los detalles les empiezan a fallar… y en un lugar de este tipo se supone que es lo que cuidan …

This is a unique place in the middle of the forest. You can enjoy the experience of being really in the hart of nature but in style. Unluckily while we were there it never stopped raining so the place was really saddening. Probably, had I experienced a sunny day my evaluation would’ve been a 5+
