"Not worth the price "

There was a mixup at check-in about what type of room I requested. The clerk wasn’t the friendliest. The bathroom needs some mold stripping around the tub area. The bedroom had a gigantic cob web hanging above the bed that could not not be missed, but was just left to hang there. Definitely was not worth the price.

We had a fold out sofa in our room the sheets on the sofa bed were dirty The pool was freezing cold the hot tub was tooo hot Breakfast was good

The hotel was clean & I felt safe but it sure needs upgrading. Both bed in my room were old & too soft. I was put in a handicap room which I was not happy about, the bathroom was not for me.

We stayed here last year and we feel it's gone down hill since last year. The breakfast had a very nice selection of hot & cold foods. The Hot tub wasn't working which we use but couldn't the swimming pool temperature was very cold the Hot tub was very very hot The person at the front desk on Friday was very rude and kind of nasty we had reservations for 3 rooms we could only check into 2 of them as 1 wasn't clean yet and they were to be adjoining rooms but were not an she was like you didn't book these through us I said No we found them cheaper through Expedia

Checked in, went to the room and there was a strong musty/mold smell. Black mold on the shower caulking. Place needs a complete remodel. Did not stay in this nasty place.
