Location is great. Staff were great! It is an Apart hotel, had no silverware, no glasses, no microwave, no plate. The shampoo was a very small shampoo for the day for 1 person. Towels were very used and hard( even though it was clean) . A bit expensive for what is offered. The positive is: safe location, close to the mall .

Where do i begin. I am very disappointed in this Hotel. On my very first day at check in, the reception was rude and impatient with me and told me off when i asked them for me to pay with my card. The rooms were dirty and there were Ants on the table and the corners of the rooms and the bedsheets had red and brown stains on the side of the bed. I asked housekeeping multiple times to change the sheets and unfortunately they never did. I also put up the ,,do not disturb” sign on the front of my room many times and this was ignored too, staff barged in without knocking and even woke me up once. The breakfast was very mediocre and they even closed it before the time that they said they would and said i couldn’t eat there anymore. The pool was closed most of my stay and the one time i went there it looked dirty and i didn’t even want to go in. I also didn’t get new towels one time my whole stay there and considering i stayed in there for 4 days that was very frustrating. All in all, this is really not a stayworthy hotel, save your money, there are so many excellent hotels in Mogi or SP in general, but stay away from this, trust me.

Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Tilavat huoneet: keittiö, olohuone, makuuhuone, kylpyhuone, ja ranskalainen parveke, mutta vähäisellä kalustuksella. Ylimmässä kerroksessa uima-allas, sauna ja oleskelutiloja. Huoneistossa jo tarvetta pienelle perusremontille. Ulkopuolen melut eivät juurikaankuuluneet sisälle. Aamiainen ja pysäköinti kuuluivat hintaan.
