Me gustó la ubicación, la infraestructura y el personal.

Es un poco caro para el servicio, muchos items no están incluidos a pesar de tener el paquete que venden como "all inclusive". Cobran adicional por cosas básicas como un jugo natural o el minibar. Los tragos llevados a la playa eran realmente malos (piña colada y margarita).

Wirklich alles. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel ausgestattet mit einem wunderschönen Balkon und Ausblick. Der Service ist super und auch die vier Restaurants waren perfekt! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Tout était parfait : l’hôtel, la nourriture délicieuse dans les différents restaurants, les activités (cours de yoga, terrain de tennis,…). Le personnel est très accueillant et nous a fait sentir spéciaux. Nous avons aussi du de belles attentions pour fêter notre voyage de noces. Je recommande fortement!

Rien à part la plage/accès océan qui n’est pas une belle longue plage de sable fin comme d’autres hôtels peuvent avoir. Mais les piscines sont magnifiques.

La gentillesse du personnel, la restauration était incroyable !!! Très beaux jardins, très bien entretenus.. Propreté de l'établissement et service dédié.. Superficie de l'hôtel est grandiose.. Un personnel au top du top.. On recommande....👍👍
