"Absolutely the #1 hotel that I have stayed at in Mauritius in 25 years."

Everything was perfect .. from start to (my extended!) finish… Nothing was a problem.. the Manager, Christian and his staff were absolutely wonderful.. listening to my needs and exceeding them with a smile in every way! I needed to stay an extra day and they organised it seamlessly! I didn’t even need to change room! Thank you! I will return soon and look forward to another exceptional 12/10 experience!!! Thank you everybody!!!

Fabulous hotel - beautiful location, excellent standards of service, immaculately clean facilities, calm and relaxing atmosphere. Food was incredible. One pool was heated. Stunning views. Staff were all amazing. Couldn't have asked for more - thank you for making our special trip EXTRA special! Especially loved the flower displays around the resort prepared by the gardener (Nareen ? Naseen? I'm afraid I've forgotten his name).

More water could have been provided. not sure why only one bottle per room is given on an evening. Why not two? . More information could have been provided at check in about evening entertainment for the week ahead and information provided on how to reserve a table at the different restaurants as these got booked up quickly.

"Ännu en cyklon"

Ett fint hotell men med känslan att det sett sina bästa dagar. Saknas bra möjligheter att bada i havet och den lagun som ligger inom hotellet känns smutsig. Vi hade dock en cyklon under 2 dagar och där skötte sig hotellet väldigt bra med både service och information.

Beautiful property, well maintained and immaculate. Stayed in a Junior Suite with amazing view from the balcony. Service exceptional from the bar, dining, reception and even to your sunbed. Very well looked after by the team. Luxurious and glamorous. Sun loungers had lovely foam cushioning and no putting towels down policy before 10 otherwise they are off - fantastic! Love to come back if we visit Mauritius.

"A taste of Mauritian paradise"

The decor was amazing, bright, light and airy. The 4 swimming options catered for all preferences. The different restaurants cuisines were a positive plus. Stunning views from the hotel room, restaurants and pool areas. Very tranquil.

Sometimes the younger restaurant staff were a bit inexperienced and didn’t meet the standard of a 5 star boutique hotel. This resulted in a disappointing experience which was detrimental and indifferent to the quality service given elsewhere in the hotel.
