Hotel cancelled my reservation before I got there to check in...was going to rent me a room when I got there because of the address on my driver's license isn't the address I am currently living at... clerk at the desk was very unpleasant

Check in staff was excellent young man knew the area and was very helpful. Morning check out staff not as good and no water in the lobby to fill water bottles had to go to the gym
