Did not have two queens that we reserved. Only room w one king. Had two adults and two kids, I slept on the floor

We had to cancel over a week ago and was told we would not be refunded. I have never been not refunded if called within the apecified times. Poor, poor management!!

"Best hotel in area"

This is the only hotel we stay at in Rockingham. It’s always clean starting with the main lobby. The have an air freshener that has a pleasant scent in the main entrance. Staff is responsive. Breakfast is decent. Location is good.

I booked a king bedroom and I was down graded to a double bedroom at check in with out prior knowledge. That created a unpleasant experience. Gina was great at check in and maintaining a professional demeanor.

As soon as you walked in you was hit with a fresh scent that made you smile! The room was nice and very clean .enjoyed my night there! Staff was very welcoming !
