Very ordinary

Lousy service. Got back at 11:00 PM one evening without my key and the office was closed. I had to call a company representative who was more than a hundred miles away to figure out how to open a lock box with a master key.

Wir waren zur Zwischenübernachtung. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße. Die Autos hört man, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das Frühstück war amerikanisch, paar abgepackte Sachen, Kaffee war gut aber wie überall alles Plastik. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Laguna Beach ist aber ein Strand wie es Europäer aus dem Süden kennen. Nichts spektakuläres.

Sehr nettes Personal, gute Lage, kurzer Fußweg zum Strand und man kann mit dem kostenlosen Bus Laguna Beach erkunden. Sehr große Dusche mit Glastür.

Die Böden vor den Zimmern, am Pool leider sehr dreckig, den Dreck trägt man natürlich direkt ins Zimmer rein. Ansonsten alles etwas alt, teilweise kaputt.

Great location near Crescent Bay and Shaws Cove. Our room was super clean and it had a balcony with a distant view of the ocean - amazing considering the reasonable price. The staff was extremely friendly and invested in the guests.
