"There was stains on the bathroom floor along with a smell of mold, the toilet did not work and the carpet in the main ro"

The location was great .

When we arrived the room smelled a little. After unpacking we realized there was hair in the shower along with a beer cap in there. It also smelled - mold maybe. We overlooked it because we had just unpacked and had to leave for an event, but as we were heading out the toilet in the bathroom overflowed. When we got back we told the front desk and they had us come downstairs for a plunger.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The room was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The location was also convenient and easy to access.

Location

Bed was very uncomfortable, lumpy and hard. Woke up with back aches. The room smelled like moldy all night. The Waffle mixed and syrup tasted old and the bold coffee was weak. This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Will never recommend it .
