We stay at Holiday Inn Express whenever they are available. This one was no different than all of those others. It’s a pretty rural area so I was glad to find it, but compared to all those others it was expensive!

Hotel itself was nice and clean. I do have a couple complaints about the hotel. The main reason for me booking this hotel was because it had a jacuzzi and a pool. Well the jacuzzi jets weren’t not working and the water was not hot. The caulk and cement around the jacuzzi was coming apart and the jacuzzi had nasty bubbles in the water. The pool was cloudy looking and it was freezing. Our room was spacious and clean but the faucet in the bathroom was not working properly, it was just dripping water. We had to use the bathtub to wash our teeth’s. When I called the front desk I was told that they had like 25 rooms that had the same issue and they were waiting for the new faucets to come in.

"I don’t think I would stay here again based on all of the extra charges/holds on my account totaling over $300 dolla"

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a nice patio outside where you could sit and relax. My low rating of the hotel has nothing to do with the hotel property.

They put extra charges/holds on my credit card that caused stress all weekend. They added two more holds for over $200 last night. I checked out two days ago.
