No lo veo un hotel de cuatro estrellas, necesitaba una actualización, era un poco antiguo y el bufet muy escaso

If you are looking for peace and quiet during your holiday on the Costa del Sol, this is definitely not the place. Let's start with the service. The waiters rarely greet guests and instead seem to give hostile looks when you enter the restaurant. For context, I am a middle-aged man travelling with my 70-year-old father, so we are certainly not causing any disturbance and simply keep to ourselves. Secondly, what is the idea behind blasting unbearable techno and psytrance music when guests are trying to relax on their balconies? If it was that loud there, imagine how overwhelming it was around the pool area. It seemed as though the comfort of hundreds of guests was sacrificed so that a handful of people could participate in water aerobics. I would also like to comment on the attitude of the entertainment instructor wearing a green shirt on June 16th, who appeared to be responsible for the music. His attitude was unprofessional, unhelpful, and completely lacking in customer service. The food was extremely disappointing—bland, low quality, and clearly produced as cheaply as possible. The restaurant itself was very noisy, with poor acoustics that made dining unpleasant. If I were managing this hotel, the head chef would have been replaced long ago. The only positive aspects of this hotel are the cleanliness and the attractive room interiors. I travel to the Costa del Sol at least twice a year. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is also poorly managed. As a hotel owner, you set the tone for the type of environment and behaviour you want from your guests. Quiet lounge music around the pool and a more refined presentation of the buffet—even when using inexpensive ingredients—would significantly improve the experience. Most importantly, remove the entertainment staff and constant daytime pool activities that dominate the atmosphere.

Chýbal sušiar na mokré veci z pláže, klíma ťukala celý čas ako išla, ešte že sme ju používali iba keď sme neboli na izbe. Aspon 2 pohare na izbu by potesili.
