The Savoy Hotel & Beach Club

We stayed one night on a Cruise layover and loved the location. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable. Staff was very friendly especially Marco who knows the area well and directed us to an excellent restaurant on Espanola way. We didn't get to use the pool as it rained and was closed early

I had such a wonderful experience at The Savoy Hotel in South Beach. The location alone is unbeatable. Steps from the ocean, close to great restaurants, and right in the heart of everything without feeling chaotic. It is the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation. The pool area is absolutely magnificent. Spacious, beautiful, and incredibly peaceful. I could have stayed there all day. It really makes the entire experience feel special. But the highlight of my stay was the front desk service, especially Marco. He was outstanding from the moment I arrived. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure I had the best time possible. He gave me amazing recommendations for fun things to do in the area, and every single suggestion was perfect. His hospitality truly made my stay memorable. Marco even gave me some great personal advice too since I was having a stressful day at one particular moment during my trip. I would absolutely recommend The Savoy Hotel to anyone visiting South Beach. I cannot wait to return!

Marco was extremely helpful and kind. He made us feel at home the minute we waked in and gave us great recommendations for eating and cycling. Would definitely come back.

La ubicación es inmejorable . La piscina es muy linda . Mucha vegetación

Podría decir que el servicio de playa que está incluido en el precio de la habitación , limitan si queres llevar algo para tomar o comer traído de afuera , solo si es comprado a ellos podes hacerlo, nos resultó incómodo ya que íbamos con una niña y la comida que ofrecían era muy picante y muy poco variada , apuntada más a adultos.

Great location to all of the dining venues as well as the beach! Hats off the crew that takes care of the landscaping! Everything was trimmed, clean and looking fantastic! Since it was their slow season (October) we basically had the hotel and pool area to ourselves which was a huge plus. We ordered a chicken club sandwich and guacamole dip from the bar. Sandwich was subpar at best with dried cuts of chicken and a few cherry tomatoes cut in half. Just be mindfull of the "delivery fee" on your bill when you go to tip. They got me good..

I really want to share this catastrophic experience at the Savoy Miami. We paid 950 dollars per night for a sea view suite and we have to say that the standing is no where closed to this price range. First the hotel clearly needs to be renovated (see pictures), the room had a terrible smell of cigarette, no room service, no evening cleaning, a little shower with no pressure, no cotton buds and Cotton pads in the bathroom, only one lavabo. And above everything the room was poorly furnished, and in a very bad conditions. Overall, the hotel seems abandoned; no one in the lobby, no one in the pool, everything is getting old. Obviously the owner decided to make a quick profit with no investing on a long term. We walked and we found 5 mins later the BETSY hotel, which for the same price, was clearly in a différèrent league.
