The Savoy Hotel & Beach Club

This is NOT part of the Savoy hotels. This hotel has used the name unlawfully. It is false advertisement.

I had several snags throughout my stay at the Savoy. The rooms beautiful, the decor sheik, the beach amazing. The pool area, gym and outdoor space not so much. For the price requested I don’t believe the service was up to par. However, there were a few key players that were genuinely helpful and kind - Marco, Federico and Rose - thank you.

My Wife and I spend the week of 4th of July at the Savoy. The management staff and front desk team of Marco, Rose and Maral that we spoke with were super friendly and helpful with local restaurants and activities in the area. The staff at the pool and the beach were always ready to set us up with food and beverages. The amount of staff to wait on you was tremendous. The room was well appointed and freshly made up each day. This was our first long term stay at Miami Beach and we will definitely be back.

The hotel was very nice. The pool was beautiful and the service was fantastic!

Our bed was very uncomfortable. Also had a faded stain on the outside comforter. Gross.

Das Hotel bietet kostenlose Liegen und einen Schirm am Strand. Inkl. Bar am Pool und Service am Strand. Wer also eine gute Zeit am Beach verbringen will ist hier super aufgehoben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig. Wer den amerikanischen Standard kennt wird hier auf jeden Fall positiv überrascht. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön im hoteleigenen Garten gelegen. Wer im Hotel frühstücken will kann a la carte auswählen, preislich allerdings außer Haus besser möglich. Wohingegen die Preise für Snacks und Getränke am Pool und Beach total ok sind - eine Flasche Wein am Beach mit Service fanden wir 40 Dollar total in Ordnung!

Die Betten sind etwas weich, das ist Geschmacksache. Die Handtücher am Strand waren nicht immer sauber, ein Tausch war problemlos möglich. Die Musik am Pool war recht einseitig und laut, wer die Musik nicht mag kommt dafür am Strand auf seine Kosten - also eigentlich kein negativer Punkt.

The front desk people are nice and welcoming. The hotel is not 4 stars, maximum 2. Room and the common are very old and need basic maintenance. The room has a lot of mold everywhere. The breakfast at the hotel is really bad you need to go to restaurants nearby to have a reasonable breakfast. Do not recommend until they do a reasonable renovation.

Beautiful and diverse women. Plenty of family activities. Great sports and beautiful beaches. Good food and mediocre drugs for Miami. Expensive shopping. Plenty of bedbugs.
