"Stay provided me with a clean bed, but not a Best Western Iocation I would book again"

Room - clean but worn looking. Wood trim around doors has been repaired too often and still appears to be rotting at base in bathroom doorway. Pool area was clean and welcoming and I thought it was positive that arrangements were available for disabled patrons to use the pool with the hydraulic chair provided.

Location exterior - unattractive and unappealing.... needs update desperately. Could be plopped down in the middle of a deserted highway and would look like it belonged there. Charging $20.00 for an airport shuttle ride is outrageous. I used an uber for $12.00.

"Comfortable and Relaxing Hotel"

Very refreshing and comfortable. The people at the front desk are amazingly friendly and helpful. They smile and offer to assist. We attended a convention for Jehovah Witnesses. There were over 2000 in attendance. Most of the attendees chose to stay at this hotel for proximity and convenience.
