Best Western Palm Beach Lakes

Great hotel. Clean. Breakfast was good. Loved the pool area, although we didn’t get to use it because we were out and about. Location is great. Staff was friendly.

Breakfest was terrable

This place was centrally located and was walkable to the outlets across the street. For this trip, I only needed something practical and that's exactly what this was. The front lobby and pool area were well enough kept, but I was not happy with the cleanliness of the room. It had a musty smell and I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the bathroom and shower. The water barely drained and the shower was difficult to get to a steady temperature. The curtain for the shower kept sliding back and it was nearly impossible to keep the water from getting outside of the shower. Lastly, I did notice that some tiny creepy crawly bugs on the desk. They are almost so small you can barley see them. One thing I will say is that the bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The last thing I will mention is the noise at night. It seems a lot of people like to gather in the pm hours by the pool. Between the noisy ac unit in the room and my sound machine I could still hear people. This was a "bare minimum" stay for me. I probably would not stay here again.
