Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. To ensure the security of our customers' payments, the hotel has implemented a more robust method known as the Red Dot Payment gateway. As per our payment policy, the property will send you a payment link through the Red Dot Payment gateway for your convenience and peace of mind. Please note that SALA Chaweng Beach Resort is split into two wings, “Oceanfront” and “Garden” Wing. Rooms in the Garden wing are located on the opposite side of the road to the hotel main entrance, and will be required to cross the zebra crossing when visiting our lobby, beachfront pool and The Tent restaurant. Any guests not wanting to cross the road are advised to book one of our Oceanfront room types.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
