"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

My family and I, along with approximately 25 rooms in total-booked the Hilton Hotel in Rockaway, NJ for an overnight stay after a wedding. I must say, it was terrible. First, to check in 25 rooms they only had 1 man working the front desk, which led the immediate family and the bride & groom to be late for their photos at the wedding venue. There were Welcome Bags for each room and they were not handed out to them. These Welcome Bags cost the bride & groom quite a bit of money. Also, another question is-why were they not handed out and what happened to them? This is beyond unacceptable and I feel that(at the least)the Bride & Groom need compensation for this. I would never stay at this hotel or any other Hilton again due to this fact and all of our family and friends feel the same. Very disappointed in not only the service but also when I contacted the hotel they gave me a name & number and the person has YET to call me back!!
