Disappointing property. Went to sleep early and was awakened at midnight feeling warm. I realized the A/C unit was actually blowing heat and the room was in excess of 80-85. I called down and was told they "would try to get someone to take a look at it". After 15 minutes, and the room getting warmer, I went down to the front desk. The person at the desk immediately moved my room. I was staying for another day or two and you would think the manager would check in to ensure everything was ok... they didn't, no communication, no "points for your inconvenience", etc. The breakfast staff was also haphazard and consisted of one woman constantly yelling for the other to do stuff, not professional at all.
