"The staff were very pleasant and professional. The facilty was well maintained and clean."

The Facility is conveniently located for the amenities in Paradise and Butte College. The rooms were very clean and had fresh linens on the beds.

The breakfast was very good, in that there were many options and the fruit was fresh. I chose the biscuits and gravy with an omelet. The biscuits were very dry and stale. Other than that, The water and coffee were fresh and wonderful.

I liked everything. My favorite was the breakfast. Next important feature was the smoking section. Comfortable, with an ashtray and away from non smokers.

My mattress has a body shaped dip on the left side.

Great location in Paradise. Nice rooms. Served Breackfast.

Cost - the greatly raised their prices as it was graduation weekend in Chico, which we were not there for.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, and a comfortable room, what more could you ask for? The continental breakfast was pretty good, lots of choices. We were happy with our stay.
