Grungy below ground entrance where homeless people left their fast food trash and leftovers. Peeling contact paper countertop. Dresser drawers would not stay closed so were taped closed. TV very fuzzy, static only. Wi-Fi showed an error code, warning me that the connection was not private, and my security is compromised. Prison cot quality mattress.

I honestly cannot say much good about the property; there was hot water when we decided to attempt a shower the second night.

The parking lot is small, the outside door locks were duct taped to prevent the door from locking to the room hall, there was one washcloth, one hand towel, and one bath towel in the room. I went back to the main desk and asked for at least one more of each in which I was told the room keepers only give the front desk extra towels, so we had two towels but singles of the others. The chair was stained, the halls were loud with people in and out, the bedding had small stains in the comforter, the freezer was frozen over with the door open but thankfully the refrigerator worked. The room was not like the picture at all.

Absolutely nothing to like about this place. It's a total dump.

I don't even know where to begin with this place. When I first walked in, I noticed a dirty rag left on the sink. I went back to the front desk to see if I could get a new room, as this one obviously was not clean. They said that no other rooms were available but they gave me some new towels. Ok fine...but then I returned to the room to find a host of other issues...dirty floors with strangers' hairs, blood stains around the toilet, stained sheets and towels, pillows hard as rocks, a broken heater, and a slimy coffee machine (literally coated with mold inside the water chamber). Old phone that wasn't even plugged in, and the TV remote was on the dirty floor. This place is unsanitary and should be reported to the health department. Also, super overpriced for the quality. Worst hotel I've ever experienced!

The cigarette smell in a non smoking room, run down, cigarette holes in sheets and curtains.
