Staff was welcoming.

I was initially assigned a room adjacent to an area where extensive construction work was taking place, including heavy drilling and wall demolition. After I requested to be moved, the front office manager relocated me to a room on the floor above. Unfortunately, the construction noise echoed throughout that room as well, making it equally uncomfortable. I raised the issue a second time and was eventually moved to a room on the opposite side of the hotel, away from the construction, where the disturbance was no longer an issue. I found it highly unprofessional that guests were being accommodated in the section of the hotel directly affected by ongoing construction. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, I would not recommend staying here until the renovation work has been completed.

"Overall, it was good stay"

Breakfast was good, room was very clean. Otherwise, everything was good, and the entertainment was very good.

Access to gym facility, I prefer access control to gym then going to Reception to collect the keys.

Great place and well situated for our needs

We were in room 321, worst room on the property, zero protection from the reception area and we could here music (Celine Dion specifically) until late into the evening as well as late arrivals and early departures! Something needs to be done for that room.

That there was a tea an coffee station Space was clean

- The pillows were absolutely horrible - The TV did not turn on with the remote, it took a while for if to come on - The wifi was so poor it did not connect to the TV - The toilet facilities should have atleast two rolls of toilet roll
