had a early morning flight so we did not get to sample breakfast. Room was clean, it was quiet.

Ok. Glad there were security cameras in the parking lot.

I had a balanced experience at this hotel. The room was clean, which was great, and I particularly appreciated the strong shower pressure and ample bathroom lighting. However, there was no microwave, and the closet space was somewhat limited. Overall, a decent stay. The hotel was very close to The Parking Spot, where we left our car for our flight out of Nashville. The immediate area isn't the most pleasant to look at, but we were only there for one night.

Noisy hallway

After a great hotel experience last summer staying here, I had no hesitation to stay here again during a two-day trip. When I received a text message prior to my stay asking if I had any special requests, I only had two. I requested a top floor room on the back side of the hotel. Neither of these requests were fulfilled. Upon arriving at the room, I turned the fan on the thermostat as high as it would go on and turned the temperature as low as it would go, which was 64 degrees. I left to go eat dinner and returned quite a bit later and noticed the air conditioner and the fan on the air conditioner were not running. I went down to the desk to ask the front desk person to change out the batteries on the thermostat, as I was sure that was the issue. They followed me up to the room, removed the batteries and said they'd be right back. After 30 minutes, nobody had returned. So, I went down to the lobby and waited another 10-15 minutes since the hotel had a deluge of guests checking in. The person I spoke with had left, as the person I spoke with finished their shift and went home. When the batteries were installed, the thermostat on the wall came to life and the fan and AC started. I went to bed, and after about 30 minutes, the AC turned off, as did the fan. When you're a light sleeper, that's the last thing you want to happen. I tried for hours to sleep, but I'd get back to sleep as the AC and fan came back on but would wake up. Had the fan on the AC unit been running as it did in previous stays, I would've slept great. I could hear the guy racing his car past the hotel, the police car siren, the noisy people in the hallway and every single noise the fan would've drowned out. When I finally fell asleep due to pure exhaustion sometime after 3 AM, I was awaken by the people next door's television and loud conversation. When I went to the front desk after breakfast, the manager on staff welcomed me back, and I asked if they had changed the thermostat since I'd last stayed there in August, and she confirmed they had. I asked if there was any possible way to override it so the fan would run, and she said there was not. I asked if there was a fan to borrow and was told there was not. On the second night, I borrowed a fan from my daughter that I used to drown out the external noise and slept a bit better since there was nobody on either side of the room last night and nobody down by my end of the hall. When I'm paying $150 a night for a hotel room, which is a lot of money to me, I expect that I can run the fan on the AC, but whomever owns the hotel has decided they'd rather save money by not allowing me to run the fan. Two nights of poor sleep cost me almost $300. If you're a light sleeper, you're going to have a really difficult or nonexistent night of sleep. I contacted the hotel and received no response, which is extremely disappointing.

Super nice hotel and nice breakfast. Adelita was super nice and helpful.

The rooms were very clean, updated and quiet overnight. Check-in was quick with free waters and parking is free. Breakfast had plenty of options and was provided with a smile by Adelita! Overall great value to stay close to the airport in Nashville!
