Always very welcoming and staff are very attentive

Unfortunately there were children using jacuzzi even though it quite clearly states no one under 16. Parents were allowing children under 5 in to jacuzzi with them. Not fun

The hotel is stunning, staff were very attentive and friendly

The spa isn't the best. We felt a little let down. It's such a beautiful hotel I'd say the spa needs more facilities. Rooms don't have hair dryers which I found strange. Also we were charged extra to have our breakfast in bed which wasn't clearly stated. Breakfast was OK.

Beautiful location and staff very helpful and friendly. Spa facilities also really good. Room was nice and clean.

The sports bar was a big disappointment, with no one working behind the bar and very little atmosphere. The speed of service for drinks at the bar was quite slow.
