Staff was wonderful! Room was clean a little outdated but had a great experience! Would definitely recommend

Place is very conveniently located. It’s clean and updated. Very nice lady in the front desk.

We stayed during winter time here, in our room the heater was not working so we were a little cold also we requested a tub plug or stopper and was told maintenance was going to deliver it and never did we called front dest and was told they will call me back and never did.... Other than that everything was fine

Great room…clean, comfortable. The only issue was sound proofing. I could hear every noise from every room on each side of us including running above us from 6 am to check up! The staff was wonderful…breakfast and breakfast crew amazing! House keeping was accommodating, beds were comfy…excellent room but the lack of sound proofing and a bit of upkeep issues (elevators and bathroom) are my only negatives.

I only stayed for one night on a business trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

The location was just perfect. Starting with the manager very professional and excellent service. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The area around the property safe and also with great places to eat and buy also do some grocery shopping with needed.

Totally fine place to stay.

The check-in itself wasn't horriible, just not very personable at all. I had my hands full and attempted to sit everything down and rearrange and hit my finger which was cut and starting to bleed. The response was license and credit card on file. I cleaned up my mess and my bleeding finger with tissues from a nearby box. Then i was able to hand overtherequested items. No assistance, band-aid offered or anything. Check-in was complete and he handed me back my items. Before I could put them in my wallet and walk away, he was already requesting lisence and credit card on file from the person who had just walked in behind me. The elevator was a bit crusty and made me worry about my room. The room was wonderful other than the door to the bathroom gets stuck on the floor when opening and closing it and the curtains are very dusty. I probably won't chose this brand again. I think this was my first time. It appeared luxurious online. Im not impressed.

The property qas clean ans the staff was helpful. Some areas could use some freshening up.

Went to an event at the Allentown PPL. This hotel was 3 miles away. Red Robin is across the parking lot. We took an Uber to the event so no need for us to drive when we got to the hotel. Breakfast was extensive for an included breakfast. Worked out super for our needs.
