"Run, don't walk to another accomodation."

The room was filthy. My slippers were caked with something. I am trying to get it off. The toilet ran and you had to take the lid off to fix it. The chain was sticking. BTW, that had to be the lowest toilet I have seen in decades. Tough for my husband who had hip surgery this past spring. The tub was worn, missing finish and dirty. The freezer didn't freeze anything. I am sure there's more but you get the picture. Jeanne McFarlane

"Not up to Marriot standards"

Hotel definitely needs a face-lift as it is showing its age. The bathtub was absolutely gross with stains on the bottom. They need to convert to walk in shower. The bathroom countertop was ok. Woodwork needs refinished. Carpet had some stains. Staff person at check in was friendly.

"Average and disappointing."

Breakfast, staff & location to my event.

No cleaning of the rooms, TV not working especially when you have kids and one room the phone didn't work. Only could accommodate 1 room switch to a room with a functioning TV. The other room has no TV functioning.

"an ok stay"

checked-in using the Bonvoy app a day before our arrival and had made some requests prior to arriving. staff was very nice to have my requests delivered. they were in our room when we arrived, A BIG PLUS!! the room felt damp. the ac was hard to control to the comfortable temp - either too cold or too hot. the entrance on the left side of the hotel, key card didn't work. breakfast area was small but the offering were adequate enough to start our day - waffles, breads, muffins, cereals, some fruit, hot proteins, milk & yogurt and of course juices and coffees. ice machine was working well. laundry facility was on the 2nd and had 2 dryers and 1 washer ($1.50 a load) some food choices outside (mcdi, bob Evans, Cracker Barrel, subway & I think I saw Wendy's as well. gas station was right next door and another one just a few metres away. close to the hwy which was a plus. made going to Pittsburgh downtown convenient.

"Best in town"

My room had a few maintenance issues. The swimming pool was nice and warm, but the pool's bottom and walls had areas where the paint was scraped off. Overall, I liked the hotel.
