Location, comfortable.

No hot water in sink, no heat in room, bathroom was grubby, room 509. On day 2 Sunday We were eventually moved to another room 212, much nicer and better. Just wondering why we were origanally given a room without some basic facilities.

"Einfach toll!"

Das Hotel ist superschön und genauso wie man es sich vorstellt, wenn man nach Irland reist. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Ich würde das Hotel jeder Zeit wieder buchen, da es direkt im Zentrum liegt und man von dort aus wunderbar zu Fuß gehen kann.

Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel, dadurch war es in unserem Zimmer leider auch mit geschlossenem Fenster nicht ganz ruhig.

Imelda, on reception was super helpful several times when I needed assist.. Pillows! And linens were excellent, small detail massive impact.

"Great, but train the junior bar staff"

Very clean, reception staff very welcoming,breakfast staff excellent. Buffet breakfast was faultless. Bar food was very good. Brilliant location.

Bar staff were mostly inexperienced. Long wait for service. In the evening, we had cocktails made by two different servers. The first were excellent. The second were very poor.
