Das Personal,sehr hilfsbereit und sympatisch die Einrichtung. Die Küche. Die Lage Wir haben eine tolle Zeit verbracht.

Man müsste das Zimmer und Badezimmer besser verdunkeln.

Location was spot on.

I had no hot water first few days. Found staff didn't follow through with requests and had to be chased. Lift very dark and claustrophobic.

Dificil decir que me gustó más, tanto las instalaciones, como su estetica y concepto, maravillosos, la atención del personal es única y la calidad de los productos, a la altura de sus 5 estrellas. La vista desde la terraza, una postal, y la ubicación a pocos metros de la mejor playa de Rio, es el lugar ideal para encontrar el equilibrio justo en Rio de Janeiro, tranquilidad, buen gusto y disfrute.

personale cordiale, gentile, parlavano tutti inglese. attenzione al cliente messa al primo posto. colazione di qualita con buona selezione di dolci/salati, il tutto con una vista pazzesca sulla spiaggia. camera molto pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. Posizione sulla spiaggia ottima.

gli spazi comuni un pò piccoli, piscina troppo piccola.
