Nothing worst 1000 mile drive of our life.the woman at front desk needs to learn people skills. Paid for a suite March 7th drove 1000 miles for my daughter birthday and she was rude claimed my card w as declined. Even though I showed her a paper receipt a digital receipt a bank statement. She just gave me a 888 number wasn't even readable. I will never recommend a holiday inn ever. Hope she gets more training, times to hard wishing she would get fired .Happy Easter 🐣
