Easy to get to.

There was a plug in without a plate on it under the desk.

The location within Weed is great...across the street from Starbucks, within walking distance of Taco Bell.

This hotel is pretty old and is in need of some updating, but if you take it for what it's worth--a good night's stay if you need an overnight stop between California and Washington, it fits the bill.

The front desk who was helping us checking in was super friendly and helpful— I truly hope Comfort Inn recognizes the value of their employee. His hospitality is absolutely unmatched.

The hotel is close to the I-5 highway, making very easy the driving to Mount Shasta City. The hotel is located in a short walking distance from a good grocery market, an indian restaurant, a Starbucks and McDonalds. The hotel has an easy parking lot, close to the the entrance of the hotel. Breakfast sorting is good enough.

A very disappointing stay with terrible room amenities. The shower situation is a real nightmare. Although Room 211 is quite spacious, it has the worst bathroom I have ever encountered in my experience across hundreds of hotels. The room doesn't have an overhead shower. Instead, there is only a handheld showerhead next to a very slippery bathtub. Since I consider taking a bath unhygienic, having a regular shower means you must hold the showerhead with one hand while trying to lather up with the other. It is incredibly inconvenient and ends up soaking the entire bathroom floor. Moreover, there are absolutely no hooks or hangers for towels and clothes in the bathroom, which is simply absurd. Additionally, despite the room having a kitchenette area with a microwave and a coffee maker, there was no cutlery or basic utensils provided whatsoever. There wasn't even a small table to sit down for a meal. Finally, the breakfast room is extremely small, featuring only 6 tables and 14 chairs in total. Guests constantly arrive for breakfast and are forced to wait around for a place to sit. Truly, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. I can't say anithing about the other rooms, but the 211 where I stayed was very uncomfortable, despite to be large.

The Mt. Shasta backdrop was gorgeous. The desk clerk was welcoming and helpful. We were pulling a U-Haul trailer, and parking was convenient even with the trailer. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean; the full-size couch was a welcome spot for relaxing. Breakfast was good and had a variety of choices. Chain restaurants are within walking distance for other meals. If we had an opportunity to visit the area again, we'd definitely stay at this location.

the bed was perfect and the staff great

Clean. Spacious rooms. Bed was comfy and bedding was nice. Check in was easy. We tend to stay here when we pass through. It's right off I-5 but quiet. Was awakened earlier than desired by east facing windows. Couldn't get the blinds to close all the way. Stayed on the second floor and the people above us were not considerate and let their kid run around. Who does that on a Saturday at 630am? I didn't complain bc I have kids. But next time we stay there I'll ask for 3rd floor. A.peek view of Mt Shasta from window. Beautiful country. Complimetary breakfast was decent. No individual milks or variety of pastries but they actually had Stevia packets! Didn't make it to the pool, but looked clean. All in all I 10/10 would recommend this hotel.
