"For someone who chooses Best Western for 95% of my overnight stays, I was extremely disappointed in this night."

Location

The toilet made a very loud high pitch squealing sound ALL night and I was told the maintenance man would get it the next morning and I had to deal with it. No television bc they didn’t have a remote to work it. They tried several remotes. The air would not get colder than 75 and again was told the maintenance guy would be there in the morning.

Nothing except the person running the desk was very kind

The gang that was smoking pit and hanging out in the front entrance so you couldn’t pull into the are to leave car for a moment to check in. Doesn’t do well for image or feeling safety.

"Ok place to sleep"

For our length of stay it was the cheapest per night. Check in and out was easy.

We had noisy neighbors in an adjoining room. Funny sort of musty damp smell. Towels didn’t seem entirely clean. Floor in the room entryway was slippery. The TV stand containing the fridge was damaged.

Absolutely nothing. I didn’t even stay.

The room they gave me had a lot of bugs. My daughter got bit. I asked for another 1 and it had hair all over the covers. I didn’t feel comfortable so I asked for a refund. I had to go somewhere else.
