Very clean

While using the shower it constantly backed up to the point I had to keep shutting it on and off while showering. When I first used it, some particles came up like someone threw up in the shower recently. Disgusting.

At first glance, my husband and I found the property excellent for our stay. While unpacking, we later found a number of cleaning issues that we had to take care of ourselves. Due to the inability to change rooms, we were refunded a portion of our stay which we deemed acceptable. After departing, I was pleased with how quickly the manager contacted me (because of my complaints) in order to address our concerns. She apologized and respectfully listened to my detailed discrepancies in order to resolve/prevent such undesirable cleaning issues for guests in the future.

Nice big rooms, very comfortable bed. Only small compaint is the smell of the hotel is heavy cleaning supplies. I would try a softer fragrance if possible.

Will stay again.
