No café da manhã no domingo, por volta das 9 hrs, havia muitas pessoas e a reposição e atendimento ficou mais lento, somente duas funcionárias repondo e limpando. Quando a comida chegava já estava mais fria. Ponto a melhorar quando estiver em horários de pico.

Qualidade das toalhas de banho abaixo do padrão Mercure. Também o processo de checkin e checkout lento e burocrático. Não usam opção digital para facilitar e agilizar o atendimento.
