"bar and restaurant not open on weekends"

Hotel seems relatively new so it's in good shape. Rooms are small, bathroom is okay size. We picked this hotel over others because they had a bar and restaurant. Neither opened in the Friday and Saturday that we were there. We asked the front desk and they said it was only going to be open Mon thru Thursday and were suprised it was not open Friday. There was no explanation why. It did have the breakfast buffett. We were given no advance notice that this would be the case.

"We couldn’t wait to leave the hotel."

Leaving the hotel at the end of our stay.

Having no bar at the weekend Not having our room cleaned despite several requests No clean towels due to the above Staff showing little interest other than with their mobile phones Having to repeatedly ask for non feather pillows, it took 4 days to get them.
