Nobody came to check me in for about 10 mins. After a long day on the road that was discouraging. $14.95 for breakfast was a no bueno.went elsewhere. Should be included. Freeway was a little noisy

"This hotel experience was disappointing for the money spent."

The shades in the room didn't work, and the refrigerator also didn't work. I packed my lunches and dinners for my work trip, and realized the next morning that all my food had gone bad because the refrigerator didn't work. Very disappointed - I wasted a lot of money. Also, the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and it triggered an asthma attack.

"Nice stay in Gilroy"

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I enjoy staying at different properties throughout the Hilton portfolio when I visit a particular city or area. My travels to the Bay Area included riding the train down to Gilroy, so this location (a short 2-mile Uber ride from the station downtown) fit the bill. As I always do, I checked in and chose my room the day before arrival via the Hilton app. The day of arrival, my room was ready while I was travelling south from San Francisco, so it worked out perfectly for my arrival for the earliest possible check-in. Upon arrival, I went straight to my room. The room was certainly ample sized, enough room for my belongings. TV, WiFi, and climate control worked fine. The bathroom has plenty of counter space for me to put down my toiletries and pills, and there was no problem with hot water. I had a comfortable night of sleep, ready to face another busy day the following morning. Overall it is in a good location south of San Jose if you happen to be in this area.
