I had used Booking.com to make the reservations to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Gilroy. I had entered the wrong dates. When we arrived & the front desk was able to accommodate my daughter & I which I greatly appreciated.

Omar at the front desk worked with us to make our stay doable.

Comfortable bed

Broken toilet seat, no glassware in the bathroom, no housekeeping service and beds made and we did not get replacement clean towels. Also was not aware our breakfast was not included and cost 14.99 if I had known that I would not have stayed
