Rooms need to be updated. Overall it was ok for the one night stay.

Pool closed, room bathroom wasn’t very clean, gym was poor, hotel dated

Came to visit my daughter. We have stayed here a few times & will continue. Very clean & spacious.

Has potential

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. BUT I would have preferred the mowers and leaf blowers to come at a different time than 7:30am. AND right next to my window. This was very disturbing. Starting at 8am would have been even more considerate and frankly professional.

Easy to get to from airport.

We were only on an overnight stay on our way to a vacation. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver was nice and polite. We ended up back a second night when sadly our flight was cancelled. They got us in a room right away!

It was an ugly surprise that we had to pay for parking. I honestly would have risked it and not payed but I was driving a rental car

Convenience

Due to extremely noisy venue located next to the hotel made it impossible for my wife abd I to go to sleep. After hoping that the loud music would stop, i got up and went to front desk to complain. The lady at the desk apologised and said that it was the event center next door that plays loud music on the weekends and sometimes goes on until 4 in the morning. She said they were full and couldn’t offer a different room. I told her that we couldn’t stay and, therefore left at 2 AM. We had checked in at 3:30 PM the previous afternoon and left the hotel for the evening and returned at 12:30 AM. I was told that she will leave a note for the manager and that we will be receive a full refund. Next day we found that not only our CC was charged once on June 1st, we were charged again on June 2nd for a 2nd night of stay. A week later when I followed up for the refund we did find the credit for the 1st night that we couldn’t stay. I had to make repeated phone calls to get the duplicate charges removed. The hotel finally issued a credit but only for 1/4th of the room charge claiming that they discounted the stay. What stay? We were there in the room for just a couple of hours in the afternoon and couldn’t sleep at night which was the purpose of booking the hotel for one night. My advice to people- avoid this hotel if you like to get a good night restful sleep.
