Sleep Inn Greensboro Airport

The level of strange people hanging out in the parking lot. The room backed up to the elevator shaft, that was number one sound I had to deal. Second the laundry room was running most of the night, the machines must have been off balance as they were both banging pretty hard. Last there was a sound like ppl working in a dish room and dishes clashing together.

The hallways smelled really bad of cigarret smoke

From the beginning when we arrived, the cashier double charged my card. I still have not been refunded for this error as promised.

Location and price

Smelled like smoke and pot. Parking lot did not have enough parking for our vehicle. Had to park on side of the street. Toilet seat was missing a bolt but was still usable.

We had a great stay at the hotel overall — the service, cleanliness, and comfort were all on point. We truly enjoyed our time there. My only concern was the shower. Once soap is on the floor, it becomes extremely slippery — almost scary. There is a safety rail installed, which is helpful, but I would strongly advise families with children and elderly guests to be extra cautious while showering. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Just wanted to share this for awareness and safet

Shower is slippery, we had to ask for an iron and the TV remote.
