Obsługa - Pani w recepcji próbowała nam wmówić, że nie mamy wykupionych śniadań. Podobno to standardowa technika o czym przeczytałam późnej w komentarzach. Śniadanie - do wyrzucenia, nie do zjedzenia, nie dajcie się na nie naciągnąć. Nie było połowy dań z karty. To poprostu śniadanie w Starbucks - fatalnej jakości.

It would be nice if we could have brought a small cooler to the pool. It kept some of my personal items as well as some canned drinks. Makes swimming and lounging at the pool more comfortable. It would be nice if you had towels at the pool area as well.

This became the ONLY hotel we will ever stay at when in Key West. We had never been there before, and I surprised my husband for his birthday. I called the hotel beforehand, and did they ever throw up the welcome signs for him....literally! I can only speak highly about the girls who helped us. Mary Ann, Latoya, and Christine were absolutely welcoming and wonderful. It is quite apparent that this staff really takes pride in their hotel. They truly represent the Marriott name! We also appreciated the made-to-order breakfast and the sweet girl who was working that shift. Our room was lovely and the view was beautiful. It was quiet and very peaceful. Very nicely upscale. I can't wait to go back there again!

I can’t say enough good things about the Key West courtyard Marriott. From the street it is a bit unassuming but when I stepped inside, I knew I’d have a great experience already. They have a cute backdrop set up for photos when you first walk in. Clean lobby and super helpful staff. Especially the handsome and well dressed Michael, who I believe was the manager. He was able to upgrade us to a suite that overlooked the pool, which was absolutely gorgeous. The pool is the perfect temperature and really tropical looking with a huge screen nearby to watch games or movies. There’s also a really cozy hot tub set back under a tiki hut. They also accommodated us with a late checkout so we could enjoy the pool in the morning as well. Just a short Uber ride downtown, I would definitely recommend staying here and asking for a upgraded suite overlooking the pool. There’s a balcony and it’s just a really great room. We hardly left the hotel because we were so relaxed.
